Hi guys

I need some advice on a offer being made. I have 15 yrs of exp in to java tehnologies mostly worked as IC role not having much experience in to people management. Hence based on the discussion I have been offered a AVP role eventhough the interview was for VP role and salary getting offered is 35 lakh Which is around 35 percent of my current salary eventhoug the negotiation is still on. Given the current market scenario scheduling a interview is tough so thinking of whether to forego the offer if the negotiation doesn't go well or accept and join later. But I also worried on yearly hikes if the band is AVP since the salary might be at max end for this role.
