lucky bro, here we are struggling for 20. companies are offering only 2-3 lpa increase for 7yrs of experience 😂😅

Then why don't u try for product based sir. With that kinda yoe you should get a lot

How much is the current ctc and experience ?

Both are bad , nagarro regularly lay off and optum is a place where there are sarkari processes and systems, you will be stuck with the legacy old laptops and systems, along with seniors who are not good at all. Sorry but find something better bro

What all are the tech skills you possess? It would be helpful if you could answer?

On paper if you count then 53 skills along with soft skills

And you need to showcase how and where you've used those skills, i have worked in every kind of projects, be it creating something from scratch, ensuring security, increasing reliability, architectural upgrades, introducing new features, ans have worked upon multiple domains. Then learn about new technology and tell the interviewer how you can use your skills

could you pls guide how are you able to bag offer with 33LPA in a service based company with just 7 YOE?
i would assume even after switch people would barely get 20 LPA

Depends on skills, you have to prove them your worth, you have to amaze the interviewers

Consider city expenses as well. Noida is very much affordable as compared to GGN.
