My TCS Interview Experience — Waiting Game After Shortlisting

I wanted to share my recent experience with TCS for a Salesforce LWC profile. I received an invitation for a walk-in interview scheduled on May 17th. Initially, I was informed that all the interview rounds would be conducted on the same day, and by the end of the day, we’d know whether we were selected or not.

On the interview day, everything started off well. My interview went smoothly, and I was quite happy with how it turned out. But after my round, they asked me to leave, saying they’d get back to me for the next steps. When I mentioned that it was communicated earlier that all the rounds would happen on the same day, the HR explained they were short-staffed and couldn’t manage multiple rounds on the spot. Fair enough — I understood and left.

Three days later, I received both a call and an email saying I had been shortlisted for the next stage and was asked to submit my documents, which I did promptly as per their instructions.

Now, here’s the frustrating part — it’s been over three weeks since then, and there’s been complete silence. No updates, no calls, no emails. I even followed up by replying to the email thread they initially sent me, but still no response.

Has anyone else faced a similar situation with TCS? How long does it usually take for them to send out offer letters after document submission? Would appreciate it if someone could share their experience — the wait is honestly getting a little exhausting.

May be they got somebody with lesser package then you. If that person doesn't accept their offer, HR will surely reach out to you
