My offer is 4.5 LPA what will be my in hand salary in IBM . Is there any growth in this company? Can I expect a growth in my pay in future?

Aapke role pe depend karta hai whether 4.5 LPA in hand salary is good or not. IBM waise toh is a good company. They also pay their employees pretty generously. But, this recession has stressed everyone out, toh abhi growth expect karna I don’t think will be out. But, we definitely can hope for a better day.

I have joined IBM company with an offer of 4.5 LPA in hand salary. But after deductions and other factors it is usually around ₹ 30,000 – ₹ 32,000 per month. Speaking of growth opportunities then it depends on your role and performance but the intial salary wil be low but it is a good learning platform.
