My dog turns 12 years old, ideas to make her feel special

My dog will turn 12 years old this Wednesday. I want to make her feel special. I know they don’t know concept of birthdays n stuff but there could be something that I can do for her.

I can’t really take her out to travel very long because she gets exhausted and she doesn’t do well with other dogs, very selectively social (just like me)

Any ideas for this would be great
