Rent is much cheaper compared to Mumbai. Also if you into tech then Bangalore is the best option as it is the hub for IT. If you are into finance, Mumbai will be the best option, lot of opportunities for finance based role in Mumbai compared to Bangalore
With 12 lakh package in Bangalore you can easily rent out a two bhk within 20-25k a month

Moneywise Blr. Mumbai rent costs are on another level. But if you want to grow as a professional level, Mumbai is better than Blr . Also depends on your stream. For techies Blr is the place. For finance folks Mumbai is the hub.
