Multiple job switches red flag in MBA process?

Hi folks, are multiple job switches considered a red flag by MBA programs, especially those in the US? And say ISB in India? There are perfectly legitimate and imo valid reasons for said job switches.

Graduated in summer 2021. Duration at jobs -

  1. ~8 mo
  2. ~9 mo
  3. Currently here. However, might have to switch within a year because career growth is v slow at my current org 😔

P.S. I don’t work at RZP - that’s just selected aise hi while setting up profile.
