Mujhe TCS join karna hai

I am passing out this year , I have a tcs offer(3.36 LPA) , whether I should join this or by looking at market conditions should I prepare for government exams( I am really tired by applying and not getting a response).

I receive a call from HR she deplay my joining in third week of january . I do not have any offer now . I only have tcs offer. So can we trust tcs to give joining? They give joining in third week of jan of futher they delay?

TCS - 33lpa with huge variable pay, nearly 6 lakhs

Graymatter - 34 lpa

Cigniti - 35 lpa
