I feel MRX ratings hold no value and should not be barometer for a manager's performance.

It doesn't provide any actionable insights to a manager.

The layer of anonymity is a double edged sword. People can write anything without giving any actual thought defeating the whole purpose of this exercise.

If the team members are not calling anything out in their 1-1 discussions and only highlighting in MRX feedback. It shows bad communication on part of the to team rather than the manager.
