Moving to us/uk/eu

People of grapevine, whoever has moved from an Indian startup like swiggy, Zomato, Paytm, any unicorn b2c etc to an international one like the ones of zalando, delivery hero, Spotify in the eu or a good company in the US/uk in product. Is the work and learning better or am I downplaying the good work being done in our country ?

Quality of work depends on project. However EU has a great work ethic. Fixed working hours where you are expected to work diligently and post that you will not receive any calls or asks to work late.
Some German managers plan stuff really well and there is seldom scope for panic and blaming on engineers.
