Movement to Abroad, how?

As mentioned in the title , I want to switch to abroad(top tier) frankly any place is fine except India.

Current background: SDE2 @ FLIPKART In the pipeline of getting a promo next year. Total experience -6 yrs.

What are the best steps and actions I can take so that I can switch after the promo.
