MNC vs Small Scale Org
I have offer from one of the biggest MNC for Solutions Architect position and another offer of Engineering Manager at a small but well established organisation having baout 200 developers. Package offered by both is almost similar. I am confused which would be better from a long term perspective considering growth, learning as well as appraisals

As you grow in your career. It is hard to get promotions for higher positions if you are an Individual Contributor (ic) when compared to managerial positions.
If the mnc has more tech roles above architect level, should definitely go for it
It does have more roles available. But it is knows to give abour 4-5% appraisals and prmotions usually happend every 3-4 years. I am very much concerned about the speed at which I will grow career wise as well as in monetary terms
