Total YOE : 4.2 Current CTC : 24 lpa ( fixed ) + 11 Lac ESOP ( spanned over 4 years ) + 1 lac Variable pay

Offered CTC : 28 LPA ( fixed ) + 4 Lac Joining Bonus + 3 lac variable pay + 60k USD RSU ( 4 years )

No place for negotiation. I also didn’t have any other offer in hand to counter this.
