Microsoft Offer ODSP

Got an offer of SE 2 L61. Current Years of experience: 4.8 Current TC : 25 base 5 bonus 9.5lakh RSU per year Offered : 29 base 5.8 bonus and 70k RSU for 4 years Was expecting L62 and I have asked her to revise the offer. Any chances of negotiations if I get another offer. Update : She came up with 32 base only. No change for joining and stocks. Also what will be the last date before which of I will join I will be able to get this year increment. I know this will be minimal but still. I was assigned in ODSP org. How is the org and for L61 to L62 how much time will take. What will be the refresher range for L61. I have mix emotions. Happy for getting offer from MST but still feeling like i have been low balled by HR. #Offer #microsoft
