We over hired during pandemic due to digital expansion. and now we are letting you go.

We never thought pandemic will be over and digital businesses will go through a correction phase. We could not predict this, as we have incompetent senior leadership. still we won’t fire any of them.

Coz we in our infinite wisdom ASSumed that pandemic will stay forever and economic bubbles are eternal.

I read this as "blah blah blah.. bullshit. We don't have money so we are firing people"
