Meta India culture

I've been with Meta for a couple of years, and I've heard a lot about the work culture being toxic. From my experience, it's not all bad, my team is super supportive and we work well together. Buuuut I get why newbies might feel overwhelmed by the fast pace and frequent pivots. It really seems to depend on the team. What's been your experience? Do you think it depends on the team?
