And they want to bring the future work remote through Metaverse 😂

This is really interesting because many friends from META had gone remote and were working from their hometowns. Some had even given up their furniture and car in their home office locations.

This would be a harsh move back for many of them.

I guess this move is facilitated by big companies and even governments as they are losing software engineers disposable income spending at cities.

Because they don't get tax breaks from local government corrupt politicians who have hogged the real estate in India too. It's a political - MNC Nexus where we are the cattle which needs to be herded into pens
