Messed up real hard

I ( 27 M ) am in relationship with a girl (27 F ) yesterday night we ended up having unprotected intercourse ( i know too silly of us ) and since then my life is completely fucked up. I am not able to concentrate anywhere for even a minute. Although we took i-pill within 1.5 hours but knowing that it isn’t 100% effective, my heart is just sinking. There are continuous thoughts of unwanted pregnancy, abortion, pain etc. Has anyone ever gone through this, please give me your shoulder, i need it.

P.S : please don’t comment anything related to trolling or anything if possible, i am already doomed.
