🎯 Role #1: Operations Lead

Perfect for someone who:

1. Has a BS degree in engg/architecture/design preferably
2. Has 5-10 years of operations experience
3. Has experience in managing teams of 20+ members
4. An MBA is a bonus

What you'll do:

• Recruit, train & manage the entire operations team including all levels
• Primary teams: Planning & procurement, Warehouse & logistics, Project execution & management
• Onboard and liaise with the vendors for pricing & scoping
• Timely planning of projects to maximize CSAT and unit economics
• Coordinate with other teams in the value chain, and share insights & feedback with central teams/founders

🎯 Role #2: Planning & Designing Lead

Perfect for someone who:

1. Has experience with vendor & inventory management, especially with high value items
2. Has excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
3. Can collaborate effectively with stakeholders - both internal and external
4. Is detail oriented, with a focus on accuracy & quality control

What you'll do:

• Develop & implement inventory control strategies to maintain optimal stock levels & minimize carrying costs
• Prepare reports for management, highlighting KPIs, stock levels, inventory turnover rates
• Lead and mentor a team of inventory analysts and coordinators
• Train the team on inventory management best practices
