Mentorship
All over LinkedIn when I see people thanking their mentors, I wonder where they get them. I mean I hardly had any interactions with any of my college seniors. And don't get me started on my office colleagues. ( They always seem to be in a bad mood). Coming to the point. I think having honest mentors can really help you fast track your developer career. Let's try to help each other out. I am a backend developer of 2 years. I can help you get 20 LPA. I want someone who can help me earn 30 LPA.

As per my experience,
You can get mentors in 2 ways,
- Found it as an instructor in a teaching program
- Found it in Linkedin and got help from Topmate
This means, help is 2 way street.
U pay money for their time and you get guidance 😀
If anyone is giving for free these days stay away
I've had some good experience for My ML and MLOps journey from mentors - whom I met them during my training

I get it. This makes sense. Thanks.
