Why the double standards? It's 35 degrees out, and some roles even force to wear long pants and full shoes. It's hot and sweaty as fuck. Meanwhile, the women in the office are walking around with sleeveless dresses and sandals.

I am not sure where you work, but sleeveless dresses for women are not really considered as professional attire. Usually, HR have a lot to say on that.
