@Pillow there's a time and place for self work as well. Sometimes you just need peace and quiet. Sometimes you need friends to relax with. Really depends on the situation and person.
No one's stopping or judging women about their advice, are they? Would be nice if men had the same privilege :)

Sometimes it's simple things like drinking beer or going on treks etc that can help men like me solve/lessen such issues.
It might not work for others but it did work for me.

Well, it's true everywhere. But it's not men specifically. People give out options based on what they know. Bcoz they either recovered from those solutions or they believe that's the solution to every problem.
You anyways can go through answers and pick up the answer that makes sense. I am sure there are answers maybe not most upvoted which are actually good

Because thats the mental mindset and awakening that the majority are not. This is not coming from a superiority pov - but 99% of people just live through life without any awareness of their emotions, actions, their shortcomings and what they can do to improve themselves.
