Very True However, these are money making traits. Only less sensitive people can extract more work out of their team and only dumb people go for higher risks. I'm an engineer and I hate both MBA and managers but that's the bitter truth.

I'll just end this debate by saying. Most sde can do what MBA's do. I doubt it's the other way round for MBA's to sde
