Maximum CTC offered to deputy manager with 8-9 YOE in 2024 ?

Offer of 21.5 Lacks ctc has been offered to me which includes variable too for Deputy Manager post with 8.5 YOE. Any guesses or suggestions for payscale range for deputy manager in risk advisory In 2024.

So after 2-4 rounds of interview rounds, I got LOI from Deloitte USI. They are giving 14 fixed + Variables.(0-10%) Is this good or got low balled. Offered role: Java Microservice Consultant. Exp: Almost 4yrs

Current CTC: 9.2 LPA.

I got an opportunity as a DM in tax profile, Bengaluru.

Anyone here ? I want to know the experience and CTC for DM2.
