Maternity / HR loop holes
Recently I joined a new company and got to know I am pregnant. Due to which I had to take sick leave sometime. I have informed my Lead (also a mother) and manager about the pregnancy. So instata of supporting me they are relieving me from project and Hr communicated that as soon as I get released from project they are going to releive me from company.
(In offer latter it is mentioned that I am not eligible to take maternity leave before 80 day ) as per this they are realising me on 80th day exactly.
Not understanding what to do now. NEED GUIDANCE.

Its a constitutional right now

Is it a startup or mid size company?
Ask your manager on chat why are they relieving . Get it written on informal chat. Then ask them in writing reason to relieve from project officially.
After this, If a mid size company. Please escalate.
You are not taking maternity leave right now so there is no point to relieve right now. It's illegal to relieve you btw. But for that you may need to fight in labour court later. Don't resign so easily. Collect proofs and you would be good to go.
And you did foolish thing to tell them. Not trying to do victim blaming.

It isn't wrong if they have mentioned this in your contract, technically you should have known.
Major corporations have money to spare, but organisations running on a tight budget especially startups like someone mentioned earlier in the comments want the most from their investment.

This is very wrong. There was a colleague who got maternity even before completing 80 days
You did foolish thing.... Only law can help now..
