Matched on Hinge, Flirted for a Week, Then She Blocked Me—Why?
I matched with a girl on Hinge, and we started talking. Things were going smoothly—we discussed our likes, dislikes, food preferences, favorite pastimes, and more.
The conversation was flirty from both sides, and this went on for about a week. Then, one day, she said, “Enough of texting, let’s talk over the phone.”
I agreed, asked for her number, and told her I’d call her in a bit. Around 11 PM, I called, and she picked up. We had a short conversation, during which she mentioned she was about to sleep and that we’d talk later.
Everything seemed fine. I went to bed as well.
But the next morning, I woke up to find that she had blocked me on WhatsApp and unmatched me on Hinge.
I have no clue why. Can someone explain what might have happened?

This is what the state of dating has become. It's just like how we use quick commerce apps. Think about it, as a woman in India, you will never have a scarcity of men's attention. This lasts only until a women is under 35. Post that the attention drops drastically and leads to problematic arranged marriages.
I honestly don't understand why girls have such unrealistic standards these days. You ask a man what they look in women and ask the same what a woman looks in man. You will understand my point.
What I have realised is, I am not gonna use dating apps for any reason whatsoever. Preferably look for women in tier 2 cities, atleast there are some good women who are more ambitious and mature.

Need to hire a sales manager in that case 😉
Her periods were over? Dont think much of it

Maybe your accent, pronunciation, grammar or voice. You never know what can act as a big factor in dating online.
Personally, wrong pronunciation is an ick for me. Maybe some people don't like it.

Tbh , call me old fashioned but I don't trust dating sites. These dating sites are nothing but a means to overcome loneliness via infatuation that even isn't real at all ! Attachment should be based on trust, loyalty, commitment, understanding and not just looks and money even though they are important but not the most important ! If many people could've understood it well, well, breakups, dumpings and cheatings would've been very less compared to the gambling era of love that we are seeing now.
