Mastercard Strategy Consulting role

Hi Folks, I have received a call from a recruiter for an Associate Managing Consultant role in Strategy for Mastercard. I am a 2018 mba passout from iim k with overall 8 yoe, is this role that is being offered at parity with my work ex
