Maintenance of running shoes
How do you clean/wash your running shoes??
By putting in washing machines or by hands like how??
I have a pair of white adidas supernova stride shoes and i am not able to clean the dirt. Like when i tried washing with my hands, the threads where started to coming off. Maybe i was hard on scrubbing the dirt.

Most shoes aren’t made for washing machines unless explicitly mentioned.
Some shoes are also not made for soaking in water as the gum in sole might go bad.
Best is to wipe them with dry cloth and then wet cloth and let it dry. Letting them sun dry often helps get rid of any harmful bacteria.
Maybe wax if you want them to shine
Wash in washing machine,, just clean the dust before,, I bet you won't regret
