Heyy folks, my MacBook Pro (14in, 2021 model) has started giving me troubles in last warranty period month. I am in touch with online reps, and today I have got all the recordings proving that it is really a trouble. So just curious, has anyone here faced MacBook issues during warranty period and got the MacBook replaced? Or did they repair it somehow?
My keyboard and trackpad stopped working out of nowhere this june, went to the apple store in mumbai, waited for 30mins at genius bar. The person came ran diagnosis for me and got my laptop with new replaced keyboard trackpad and the whole bottom case within in 2 days.
Thanks for informing that. So they replaced parts and not the whole laptop. Earlier they used to replace the whole device only, so that’s what I was trying to understand
