Lupin offer as senior executive

So after 2 yrs at an IT company I have got an offer from Lupin manufacturing (pune) of 9LPA after negotiation. I live in Mumbai the overall monthly salary would increase by 13k but I am not sure if 13k per month is worth shifting from Mumbai to Pune. Note: I am a qualified CMA and the experience at the IT company is not as worthy in the market.

Is 9LPA a good start at the manufacturing industry. My notice period is 90 days just to be clear

Exactly I will have to stay there on rent don't know if 9LPA would be a good option but then again I will be getting manufacturing industry exposure which would work for a Cost management accountant quiet confused
