Internal politics
Wrt hike, promotion Company policies etc

But if you are lucky enough and end up in a good project with a supportive team and manager you can enjoy your stay here

First clarify either you're hired for a project in LTIM & Cap ? If it's a pool, then both companies have a very strict bench policy. I'll prefer Capgemini over LTIM.
