
losing body fat without losing weight?
Hi guys, I am 26 yr old woman and I gained a lot of body fat after Covid (2021) because of no movement and staying on bed most day, but surprisingly I never gained weight. I weigh 46kg and my height is 152cm. That made me realise that I might have lost muscles. The fat gain is all over, including my face. So I have been trying to exercise and increase my protein intake (as a vegetarian). But I am not able to see any changes. Any suggestions on what should I do? Also even though my blood work comes perfectly fine, i feel darkness and blurry vision when i excercise. I don't know what's wrong with me.
P.S. I used to be super skinny pre Covid before 2020.
