Looking For Transition Into Strategy/Marketing based roles

Hi all, I am a recent graduate from an old IIM (Batch 2024) currently working as an Account Executive/Territory Manager for FedEx in India. I wish to transition into strategy/marketing based roles as soon as possible. Can you all recommend what are the possibilities for me, and what are the required key skill sets that I should develop for this change.
