Just go and stay in a hostel there? Group tours aren’t value/cost effective. Plus those places are super safe
I've been to Azerbaijan with a group. The language barrier is real so I don't want to risk with Central Asia
I’ve also been to central Asian countries including azb. Didn’t feel the language issue (learnt 20 basic Russian phrases), or Google translate. Had a great experience solo, but to each their own
