Looking for profile change

Hi everyone,

I'm a Health care professional looking for a job change and mostly I would like to change my job profile unless I find a good company with a good package. I completed my M. Pharmacy long back and started a career in Pharmacovigilance, however over years I understood that there is not much salary growth in this health care stream and would like to switch my job profile. I'm willing to learn new domains where I can earn a decent package.

Total experience: 10 years Fixed CTC: Around 21 L

Very few organisations offer this package and most importantly I miss work life balance from the past 3 years.

I would like to hear suggestions for job change and ways how I can switch my job profile now.
