Current experience- 4 years Current ctc - 11 lpa Existing offer - 17.5 lpa from a startup Deloitte offer - 17 lpa Position being offered at Deloitte - Consultant

Is there a chance to go higher with the deloitte offer? What's the average being offered at deloitte for 4 years experience?
