Hi all, I have 4 years experience in frontend development. I am currently looking for a job change. Currently applying at all the companies that match my profile on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and Instahyre on a regular basis. I am also updating my profile on Naukri daily. Still i am not getting any calls. Looking forward for some friendly suggestions, where i am doing wrong?

Try to get referrals multiple companies are hiring for frontend developers. Currently freecharge, walmart, navi, flipkart, lowes, ingo edge,...... are hiring I get calls from some of these. Connect with multiple people from company on linkedin and for any job opening ask for referral to 4-5 people then 1 may give you referral. Daily update your cv on naukari or add some skill or modify something daily it will increase your chances of getting calls. Best of luck!
