Looking for a tech cofounder

I have a product idea that I want to build. It is not something super unique or innovative. A few products are already in the market to solve the use case but it's fairly simple to build and has a decent potential to reach 1 mil ARR. The market is not cluttered and the need is solid. My problem is that I am a career marketer and I don't want to boil the ocean by trying to build the product myself. As a remote employee for the past 3 years I have lost any chance to make a techie friend and whatever old contacts I had are either in better position or have started up already.

I have enquired with a few remaining people but it was unsuccessful. My idea is continue with our day job unless we crack at least 3 customers and then go in full time. Is anyone interested? Can someone guide me a better place to find a cofounder?

Go to a decent low budget boutique agency, build an MVP or at the very least a landing page. Get some traction, say 25k+ sign-ups or 4-5 pilot paying customers. Then go out and search for a tech co founder. Prove your business mettle, tech will follow.

Thanks. This was helpful. Do you have any agency recommendation?

I used a low code--no code platform to build my idea and so far it is good. There is one such company in Hyderabad I can recommend as I used it before. Reach out to me if you are interested

Been seeing these type of posts from the last 15 years on various platforms, sigh.
