Looking for a ReactJs intern for one of the side projects I am building

Whats the best platform to look for an intern of ReactJs?

I am trying to build a side project mvp so I am looking for a paid intern. I can spend around 10-15k a month as well on a good intern. But the interns or students I am finding knows nothing about the development and I don’t have alot of time to firstly train them to creat a MVP. Whats the best platform to hire someone like this? Any recommendations??
