I am mom for newborn baby and Toddler. Trying to switch from TCS due to its WFO policy. Can anyone suggest me any company have WFH facility. Have 6+yrs experience in Java and spring boot.Thank you in advance.

Just keep in mind that fully remote jobs will have system monitoring software. Manager will bother you if you are not having enough hours on system even if you complete your work. Some of them don't even let you go to toilet in peace.

That's ok.i believe... travelling everyday to office and wasting 3 hrs during the peak.hours of the day, and the burden of travel costs is taking Toll for many people. TCS has 5 days WFO policy.

Accenture has 2 days WFO policy now and it's very difficult to get WFH exceptions. For the initial few months, you will get WFH but not for a longer time. FYI, I am a new mom working in Accenture.
