Life's Hitting

I don't know what is currently happening the days are just getting on my nerves I have completely fucked my Data Science course and my JEE preparation too the girl I'm in relationship with was enrolled in an online course which started from 11th June and today she said she has to take that course too and take it seriously it is for JEE and I'm a non attending student I spent my 11th grade in having conversations with her and till this date I don't know but I stopped taking my entrance classes seriously and still it's the same and hearing this really gave me a weird feeling I said that I was not serious the whole time and now you are getting serious and wants time but I really sacrificed it but the reply really just idk.. what she replied is she didn't take any entrance class last year and I took so there's a difference but I can't argue because I don't remember or learnt a single thing I just don't know what's going on I had a fight with her and this all I really think her behaviour is changing her way of talking and other stuff but I don't want to nag her as it will end up in a 1-2 days argument or fight I had a lot of fights and in the end it's me who is apologising even though it was her fault but she loves me I know it idk tf I'm writing but I guess I would love to share my current thoughts or whatever...
