Life lately as a Product Designer :)

I started designing because I didn’t want to continue as an engineer, during 2021 UI/UX Designing was trending and to my surprise the field seemed really cool and impactful. I am grateful that I chose this and taught myself everything that is there in designing because I am quite sure I wouldn’t be a great engineer.

Anyways, I am marking 4 months in my job search, and damn it’s so taxing. Firstly, the job market is so shitty, secondly nobody told me that job switch would be like taking upon another job. It’s disheartening to see that there are so many openings but nobody’s getting hired.

Lately, my routine has been about self doubt and imposter syndrome and now I am beginning to think I am clearly doing something wrong with the whole thing.

If you are a designer, or hiring manager, kindly share some strategies to up my game, because I am loosing my sanity.
