  1. It’s not love it’s just infatuation.
  2. Needs > investments > wants
  3. Health both mental and physical needs effort. Spend 30 mins a day at least on both. Compounding effect is unreal.
  4. Marriage is not a goal. It’s a milestone. Much more hard work before and after.
  5. Travel as much as possible.
  6. Make friends from different cultures, social strata and regions.

Stay away from social media, it will fck ur expectations about life.
Focus on your health, drink plenty of water. Focus on skillset. Learn to deal with Asslickers/backstabbers in your office, trust me you will find plenty. If you find someone u want to spend the rest of your life with, dont let the person go !

Few things

  • indulge in experiences, savings can happen later
  • make memories, with friendships
  • be stupid (live, laugh and love in life in abundance)
  • say yes to everything responsibly, serendipity would compound in your later years
  • spend time with parents and siblings, schedule it, when we grow older we would tend to spend lesser time
  • travel, travel and travel
  • have difficult conversations with people, it’ll expand your perspective on life
  • find your values, it’s would only steady your faith in later years
  • spoil yourself a little bit (self love)
  • heal your trauma(we all have it), this is the single most important part of life
  • Try doing things alone, movies, walk in the park etc
  • Try journaling, helps you clear your mind
  • develop empathy for others
  • play sports, helps in character

Well it might be philosophical 🧐 but yeah, I look back on these and wish I had done it. Doing most of these now a decade later than 25 🍻

Hilla lo sone se pehle you won't feel the need to love. And remember be terrified of happiness because only a genius can be scared of happiness. Nothing is permanent even your loved one can some day be nomore or some stranger might say the required stuff to motivate them to leave you so be terrified of happiness.
