But if u keep doing the bare minimum, how will u climb the career ladder? You need to take more responsibility and show impact in the appraisals. Make people more depend on you and u will grow

Does it work like that? More work doesn't guarantee climb up, networking and people skills do

On the contrary, bare minimum also doesn't guarantee growth.

Networking and people skills along with responsibility helps one climb the career ladder.

I have seen people open startups with colleagues. Though I can't come to terms with sharing personal details with colleagues, let alone be friends

Didn’t get point 7. Does anyone deletes email?

I guess they meant to keep (bookmark/put in folder), emails that have been appreciation, proof of work done well, or ticking bomb that will need dousing later 😅😅

I think maybe creator wants to say, use your Paid/Casual leaves properly rather thinking about "If I'll take more leaves then this would create a negative impact on manager that I'm talking leave".Also after a year, some of your leaves gets lapsed if you don't take them.

Do your work properly and go on a vacation every 3/6 months for a week or so. I've seen people, not even taking 1 leave in 6 months, i wonder why? I myself think, if I'm working, i should deserve leaves too 🫶
