Leaving new company within a month .

I have joined persistent . But i got another good offer , but that needed to be joined within a week . I am selected for a client role ,but yet to be onboarded .

  1. If I resigned , will they release me within a week as I am on probation and not on client role yet .
  2. What are the challenges regarding the EPF things ?

How can I safely manage this situation .

You can ask current company to release you.... Mostly they will release as you are not assigned to any project....

If not, you just leave the company some day by sending an e-mail... You can actually mark your exit from any company by yourselves as well in EPFO portal...so you may try that ... if it doesn't work, you might have dual employment in EPFO and BGC might fail at some companies, so that's risky.... Have you informed new company that you are working currently with persistent and still not exited ?

Yes they know my scene very well , actually the HR took long time to roll out offer so I had to join this company . The HR was aware that I am exicted to join .She asked me if it is possible for you to join now .

there's risk on BGC front if you exit without current company approval.... that you have to think and take
