One more point to add his if you have a kid at 35, he will get out of the house 17years later. So with two kids 2 years apart, u will be free at 54. Travelling and other things which you would like to do post retirement might be hectic at that age. If you have two kids by 30, ur house will be kid free by 47 which is insane.
