Been using LS for quite some time. Both my current organisation as well as my previous one and would say my experience has been good so far.
It’s easy to understand and has different analytics tools and features as well which are useful.
In terms of bugs yes there are a few at times but they get resolved. For us our Client Manager responds quickly and gets the problems resolved.
