I had an offer from them, didn’t like the hiring manager, so rejected the offer. Today I realise it was a blessing in disguise. Dodged the bullet. I know they had paused the hiring in November, resumed in December and now are laying off in January. No idea what’s happening there.
They just fired 40 percent of engineering team what an incapable upper management !!!!!!!!!!!!
Any particular reason? Maybe because they hired a bunch of interns from campuses this year. But why would they replace their existing teams with new folks?
Anyways 2 months back they did layoff for some due to performance now due to resizing god save those who are not laid off the amount of work let’s see how they handle with so much less people
Seems like a resizing/downscaling step, probably because of the stagnant revenue
