There are no layoffs, people are just taking a break because that company sucks the soul out of its employees.

They have a stupid founder with anger issues.. a cowardly workforce, without talent.

Very toxic culture + leaders behave like man-child. Also, a sales led company, so affects the overall product culture.

@Yugioh Product me Appraisals are max 10-15%; and last year se they're trying to convert the candidate in lowest possible salary
