They hired one person for my position 2 weeks back. They sent away 3 people this week. I don't understand anything myself.

10% is not going to be deep enough. Loss on every order. The burn is way too high.
I just saw they were hiring for 6 month tech interns. As a student, I don't really understand the org's mindset when they're hiring interns for a team and firing FTEs in another.
FTEs are expensive. They will pay you survival wage and make you do the work
